Cancellation must be made 24 hours before your scheduled time to be in your session. Session schedule times are tight and strict due to high demands of sessions. All scheduled sessions must arrive 15 minutes before scheduled session time and no later than 15 minutes after your session time. There is a 15 minute grace period for your appointment. If you are not able to make it to your session within the grace period time, your session with be automatically cancelled without a refund. You will need to schedule a new session when a new session time is made available. Please be on time thus all sales are final.
